Welcome to the Booty Werk Challenge!! This is an AT HOME program that is simple to follow & gets RESULTS. Round 1 focuses on consistency. We offer a progression of at home challenges that will build your bootie and tone the legs!

About the Event
Build your booty and strengthen and tone your legs from the comfort of your own home!!
In Round 1, we learn the importance of consistency - how to get work in EVERY day. You will find that this no matter what commitment gets your mind right about exercise and takes away the excuses.
The work is for 5-10 minutes per day with no weights completed from anywhere. It lasts for 30 days and there are 3 phases. each one getting a little more challenging. This challenge is meant for ALL levels and ALL ages, so join in on the fun!! There ARE squats and weight baring exercises involved so if you are not able to squat or lunge, you will need to modify.
When you register you will receive an email with specific instructions. IF you do not see this email, check your SPAM and PROMOTIONS folders. It is automatically sent to the email YOU enter in the registration.
You will see that all sizes, shapes and body types join these challenges. Strengthening the core is important for quality of life and it isn't something you want to wait to do until AFTER you lose the 40lbs....
