Booty Werk Challenge - #RightFittAss Round 3

Build your booty and strengthen and tone your legs from the comfort of your own home!!

In Round 3 - the final round, we work a daily burn in addition to mass reps!  You will get to work at your pace throughout the month in a mission to complete 10K reps!  IF you want to trim the legs, we have an added suggestion of cardio but that is not required... it will just deliver better results!  

You will find that no matter what commitment you have - this challenge gets your mind right about exercise and takes away the excuses.

The work is for 2 -10 minutes per day with option of added cardio and is completed from anywhere.  NO WEIGHTS NEEDED.  It lasts for 30 days.  This challenge is meant for ALL levels and ALL ages, so join in on the fun!!  There ARE squats and weight baring exercises involved so if you are not able to squat or lunge, you will need to modify.

You will see that all sizes, shapes and body types join these challenges.  Strengthening the core is important for quality of life and it isn't something you want to wait to do until AFTER you lose the 40lbs....
