Start your weekend off with a party - Join us at the Cabana Bar!! Grab a delicious healthy smoothie or clean energy drink between 8-10am! Join us for a fun family friendly workout - ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME @8:30. Loads of sand, toys, tramps and a swing set for the littles. LET'S PARTY!

Who says a healthy active lifestyle can't be a PARTY!!! At RightFitt we believe in living life to the fullest...WHILE getting healthy results!
Saturday mornings are going to be your perfect opportunity to start the weekend off with laughter, good people, a delicious healthy breakfast AND a fun workout if you are up for it!
The Breakfast Bar will be open from 8-10 if you just want to come and enjoy the sand beneath your toes and music in the air!
Workout is 8:30-9:25 and is for ALL LEVELS... This is a no judgement zone (in fact no one is staring you down so let lose!) You can grind as hard as you want or maybe just barely get moving - this is YOUR workout and we meet you where YOU are!
Aside from the entire beach, we have trampolines, a swingset and a ton of toys for the kids to enjoy! Bring them along or leave them at home if you are looking for some much needed ME time lol. (If you bring them along, be sure to keep an eye on them while we sweat)
Bring a towel and water... and a yoga mat if you have one! oh...and friends - bring your friends!!
