Working Out on the Holidays - American Flag Workout

Just a little post to keep you motivated on this fine holiday!!

 

Here is a pretty quick workout for your upper body - but don't worry, you will barely be able to lift your arms after - yeah!!!  My recommendation is to follow this bad boy up with an Angel Food Cake Shake! Keeping it healthy ;-)
