My Personal Weightloss Journey

I was a gymnast for 14 years of my life.  

Meaning as a kid I could eat whatever I wanted!!!

 

Excessive calories got me through school and a five-hour practice with no effect on my physique. Once I made it into the NCAA, the fuel I was putting into my body became important due to the tedious work I was putting in and out of practice.  The collegiate nutrition included proteins on proteins  with a mad amount of lifting.  My body hated it. I bulked up.  Once I retired I came back and all

my clothes were tight and were getting tighter

 

I was so used to putting so many calories in my body to stay fueled, but my body wasn’t burning it off without a strenuous practice. So, I started going to the gym every day for hours upon hours and changing my diet to what I thought was healthy.  Chicken and rice was getting real old.  I wanted results and I wanted them now. 

 

When I found RightFitt, I found a new lifestyle that gave me all of the tools I needed from nutrition and fitness! 

 

 Only two weeks in and just like that I was looking good and feeling even better! Living healthy is not just putting your time into the gym.  Fuel your body for energy to enjoy life to the fullest. I do not feel as if I am dieting, I’m living a happy and healthy lifestyle, even with some ice cream (my favorite)!
