About the Event

There are times when we just need a little push... or shove... or motivation to get moving with some new habits.  This monthly RightFitt structure has proven successful time and time again, because the minute you SIGN UP you start to put good decisions in the forefront of your mind.  

Heres What You Need To Know

  • Everything is from the comfort of your own home and will take 10 minutes a day
  • All levels, ages and sizes encouraged to join
  • I have a (vacation, birthday, trip, anniversary, etc) during the challenge, should I still join?  YES - this is meant for real life and real life has consistent occasions and situation!!  That is why this is so simple.
  • I can't start on the 5th, can I still join?  YES - this is a 25 day challenge.  Start late if you need to!
  • When you sign up, you will get a comfirmation email with complete instructions
  • You don't need to do anything before then aside from join the online support group
  • If you do not want to join the support group, you don't have to
  • There is no equipment or anything needed....just a little ambition

Heres What the 5 Second Challenge Will Entail

  • 10  Minute daily workout focused on activating muscles and adding strength
  • Daily motivation video to listen to while you do your workout
  • Toning or weight loss nutrition options
  • Point system to get you motivated
  • Online support group to ask questions and stay accountable

Why Does This Work So Well

  • Most of us know what to do, but we don't take action
  • Short term feasible goals and wins keep us moving in the right direction
  • Checking something off and earning points fuels your ambition to sty on track
  • Getting long lasting results requires both habit forming tools AND fun.  
  • ....all of the above is exactly what we do

What About The Cost

  • Joining the challenge costs appx the same as one quick trip to a cheap restaraunt for 1 or fast food for 2...Save the calories; you're already ahead
  • When you invest in  yourself, you tend to commit.... you could SAY you're going to grab pinterest workout everyday and eat healthy but you likely wont.  Even though this costs next to nothing, your mind will approach it differently because you invested in yourself
