ABS Challenge Series - Round 3
#RightFittAbs is an AT HOME program that is simple to follow & gets RESULTS!! Round 3 focuses on pulling in the full core through cardio, strength and isometrics. We offer a progression of at home challenges that will help pull in your midsection and potentially cut in that six pack!

About the Event
Tighten your core from the comfort of your own home.
In Round 1, we learned the importance of consistency of core work. In Round 2, we discovered that nutrition is 80% of the results so tuned in to our macros.
In Round 3, we focus on pulling in the core by enhancing inner most strength and by trimming the fat. The focus is CARDIO, CORE WORK and ISOMETRICS.
When you register you will receive an email with specific instructions. You will have your ab work (8-15 minutes per day completed from home) and a description exactly how to complete the challenge. You will then join our Private Community Group to stay on track.
No weights or equipment needed. Just you and some dedication.
You will see that all sizes, shapes and body types join these challenges. Strengthening the core is important for quality of life and it isn't something you want to wait to do until AFTER you lose the 40lbs....
