In order to participate in this one, you are going to need to grab a ball.
This challenge is going to be a constant FLIP FLOP going from back side to front side. AKA - We are going to alternate from bootie/leg work to AB work... all using an exercise ball and incorporating planks!
Per the usual, the #RightFittChallenge is appx 10 minutes from home. It's pretty amazing how a simple daily commitment can keep you track!!
