Build your booty and strengthen and tone your legs from the comfort of your own home!!
In Round 2, we work on toning and building - every other day day your workout will change. You will find that this no matter what commitment gets your mind right about exercise and takes away the excuses.
The work is for 5-10 minutes per day with option of weights or no weight and is completed from anywhere. It lasts for 4 weeks and you have 1 day a week off. Every other day will be shaping or building. This challenge is meant for ALL levels and ALL ages, so join in on the fun!! There ARE squats and weight baring exercises involved so if you are not able to squat or lunge, you will need to modify.

You will see that all sizes, shapes and body types join these challenges. Strengthening the core is important for quality of life and it isn't something you want to wait to do until AFTER you lose the 40lbs....
