Clayton Farm Fitt Camp October 10th!!

Can't wait to see you for an all level fun workout.  I am going to be having a baby soon so we only have time for a few more!!  

You will have enjoy your time chatting with new friends while your get a calorie burn ...AND you should be just the RIGHT amount of sore the next day!  We WILL be in the sand so expect to get a little dirty and you may want a towel or mat.  

When you pull into the property if you drive past the barn you should see there is a lot of room for parking!  Come right around the house to the sand pit and you will see your waiver and LIT tea waiting for you!!  If you bring babies, we will try to keep them closer to our sides to limit germ share :-)  We will also have 2 shake flavors to pick from and one surprise delicious LIT tea!
