About the Event
RightFitt is so excited to be launching this challenge that not only challenges your body but also your mind and your attitude! The workouts are for ALL LEVELS, so whether you haven't exercised in a decade or you just did a marathon last week... you are in the right place!
What to Expect:
Each day there will be a 10 minute workout. No more; no less. We hope you are able to complete this first thing in the morning, but if not it will STILL WORK.
You will listen to an audio that will guide you through your 10 minute workout WHILE training your mindset to seek out happiness and gratitude based off of The Magic by Rhonda Byrne.
The workout will vary slightly daily, but they will be simple enough for everyone to understand. You can modify for any injuries or inhibitions. We will activate every muscle in the body throughout the month. So if you are new to working ot your body will LOVE IT! And if you have a pretty steady workout routine we will hit muscles you may neglect!
Finally we will have a private group where we are able to share about our workout to stay accountable as well as recognize how our mindset starts to change!
