Tighten your core from the comfort of your own home.
In Round 1, we learned the importance of consistency of core work. In Round 2, we discovered that nutrition is 80% of the results so tuned in to our macros.
This month, we focus on adding depth by building muscle. A lot of our participants are really starting to trim down but they stil can't see the cuts. This is what round building muscle is all about.
When you register you will receive an email with specific instructions. You will have your ab work (5-10 minutes per day completed from home) and a description exactly how to complete the challenge. You will then join our Private Community Group to stay on track.
Weights are required in this challenge. Either small ankle weight (1-5lbs) or small hand weights (1-5lbs).
You will see that all sizes, shapes and body types join these challenges. Strengthening the core is important for quality of life and it isn't something you want to wait to do until AFTER you lose the 40lbs....
