About the Event
Tighten your core from the comfort of your own home. In Round 2 we focus on combining strength with recognition of the importance of nutrition. In addition to your ab work and fun supportive accountability group, you will learn how to track your macros and find a nutrition ratio that works for YOU!
When you register you will receive an email with specific instructions. You will have your ab work (8-15 minutes per day) and a description of your macro tracking and recommended ratios. You will then join our Private Community Group to stay on track.
No weights or equipment needed. Just you and some dedication.
You will see that all sizes, shapes and body types join these challenges. Strengthening the core is important for quality of life and it isn't something you want to wait to do until AFTER you lose the 40lbs....
