**IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN IN THE #RIGHTFITTABS CHALLENGE.... YOU CAN START WITH ROUND 5 OR GO BACK TO ROUND 1 FOR THE GREATEST SUCCESS! There is progressive strength we gain and round 1 is waitin for you!
In Round 4, we learned our final lesson of adding weights to create more definition. Now it's time for our FINAL ROUND!!
In Round 5, we put everything together for a cohesive program! So far we have focused on consistency, toning, sprints, cardio, isometric work, lifting and the key to it all - nutrition! This month you will combine all 7 pieces. Per the usual, there will be about 10-15 minutes of work per day. ANYONE CAN FIT IT IN!! Get ready!!
When you register you will receive an email with specific instructions. You will have your ab work (5-10 minutes per day completed from home) and a description exactly how to complete the challenge. You will then join our Private Community Group to stay on track.
Weights are required in this challenge. Either small ankle weight (1-5lbs) or small hand weights (1-5lbs).
You will see that all sizes, shapes and body types join these challenges. Strengthening the core is important for quality of life and it isn't something you want to wait to do until AFTER you lose the 40lbs....
