9AM - 10AM - Booty Boot Camp Workout 

All level workout focusing on the lower body.  Modify for any injuries.  Up level to get a hard core workout!

10:30 - Join the Team!!

All level workout targeting abdominal area and legs.  If your a little sore from Monday's class - Even better!!

9AM - 10AM - Cardio Drumming 

Is it possible that a workout is this fun!!?? YAASSSSS!!  Join us for singing dancing and breaking a sweat!  We use drum stick and jam out on an exercise ball for a full body workout!

10:30 - Nutrition 101

How do I boost my metabolism?  Whats a good carb?  How much fat should I eat?  How do I maintain results?  Can I ever have a beer again?  Get all of your ???S answered here!

 

THURSDAY

9AM - 10AM - #TBT Full Body Focus Workout

All level workout focusing on the entire body  while jammin out to some oldies!  Let's get tone!!  Modify for any injuries.  Up level to get a hard core workout!

Latin Thursday

Get your smoothie on Latin Style!  Try our smoothie of the day ranging from Churros, to Flan to Sopapillas!  What's even more fun - watch our baristas work on their spanish!

 

FRIDAY

9AM - 10AM - Cardio Drumming

10:30 - Shake Making Lessons!!

Wonder why your shake isn't as yummy from home?  Get hands on experience making your own shake from the pros!! We'll also feature things like waffles, jello shots and more!

9AM - 10AM - ABS ABS ABS Workout

Can't get enough of that core work!!  Join us in tightening up the mid section.  Of course ALL levels are welcome... Did we mention the kids are always welcome too!?  

New Friends are FREE!!!

Bring a new friend in and their smoothie is ON US!!  Friends don't let friends skip bfast... so why not bring em in!!
